With two decades of dedicated service in the hospitality industry, Kym was an esteemed Hotel General Manager renowned for her exemplary leadership and strategic vision. Her journey began as a front-desk associate, swiftly climbing the ranks through her commitment and expertise. Possessing a keen eye for operational efficiency, she has steered prestigious hotels to success, emphasizing guest satisfaction and staff development. A trailblazer in her field, she's adept at navigating industry trends, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a culture of excellence. Her passion, coupled with extensive experience, continues to elevate her reputation as an exceptional leader in the hospitality realm. Kym holds an Associate’s in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Communication with a focus on PR/Marketing, MBA with focus Human Resources. Currently a Doctorial candidiate in Educational Leadership.
